Becoming the LEADER these times require Workshop

As we move into spring, it’s a natural moment to pause, reflect, and take stock. The year is already in motion, and this is your opportunity to step back and intentionally realign where you’re headed.

In this workshop, you will be guided beyond traditional goal-setting into the deeper practice of intention-setting: revisiting who you’re becoming, what matters most now, and how to consciously shape the results you want to create.

Rather than starting from a blank slate, this experience invites you to review what’s working, recalibrate what isn’t, and re-engage with renewed clarity and momentum. It’s designed to help you strengthen the mindset, focus, and follow-through that turn goals into aligned, consistent action.
